2017 may have been an ordinary year for most people, but it marked a new beginning for the founder of APGO. Previously, he had managed a successful electronics manufacturing plant for 10 years and played a pivotal role in several Taiwanese Dashcam and Speedometer companies. His unwavering commitment to product quality led to the in-house development of innovative and high-quality products.

The founder pioneered a departure from traditional OEM methods and thinking. He became an industry leader by obtaining ISO9000 certification for various aspects of the business, including ID Graphic Design, Structural Design, OEM/ODM, Model Development, SMT circuit boards, part procurement, machinery assembly, machinery QC testing, packaging design, and DM manufacturing. Additionally, the company secured over 30 domestic and international patents, earning the trust of major Taiwanese manufacturers such as ADATA, Sampo, ASKEY, AIGO, Inventec, and even Singapore’s Ministry of Defense, which entrusted APGO with the production and design of products on their behalf.

However, these achievements were not sufficient for the founder. Recognizing that there are no perpetual winners, he began contemplating the next steps for the company. Being a car enthusiast himself, he realized that many people love cars but lack the knowledge to care for their vehicles independently, leading them to spend a fortune on professional car care centers. With this insight, he conceived the idea of leveraging his expertise in development to enable more people to experience the joy of car care.

Thus, APGO was established. From basic car wash products to patented coating sprays, the founder personally procured and developed everything, maintaining a steadfast commitment to stringent quality control practices inherited from his previous electronics company. Today, APGO stands as Taiwan’s largest coating manufacturer.
