Removing Tar

1.Spray a small amount of cleaning agent onto the paint surface contaminated with tar.

2.Wait for a moment until you see a large amount of black liquid flowing down, then wipe it off with a cloth.

3.If it cannot be cleaned completely at once, repeat this step.

Removing Insect Residue/Glue

1.Spray an appropriate amount of cleaning agent on the contaminated area.

2.Wait for about 30 seconds, then wipe with a dry towel.

3.If it cannot be cleaned completely at once, spray more cleaning agent and wipe repeatedly.

▸Seven-day hesitation period

APGO provide the benefit of a seven-day hesitation period (not a trial period) to its customers

Kindly check your parcel immediately upon receiving the package. You will get to enjoy a 7-day hesitation period from the day you received the parcel. However, APGO will not accept the return of goods once it has exceeded 7 days (including holidays).

Remarks: Customer’s parcel receive date will based on HCT Logistics’ system to calculate the 7 days hesitation period.

The refund period of your goods will be directly debit back into the designated account within the next 7 working days upon the receiving the returned goods.

【Refund Amount】

APGO will refund the full amount of the goods you’ve purchased (excluding the shipping fee of 130 yuan).

APGO does not accept any returns under the following circumstances:

1.”Electronic 3C products” cannot be returned or exchanged if the original accessories and warranty card are in short supply.

2.If the “APGO Foam Watering Can” is damaged due to improper personal use, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
