The products displayed and sold on this website are limited by the supply status. APGO is not responsible for any out-of-stock or under-availability of merchandise.

Service hours: Monday to Friday 9am~6pm, lunch break 12am~1pm and off on weekends and public holidays.

You can check the current order status under “member orders”, and you will be able to cancel the order before it gets ship out.
If you would like to edit your orders or change the payment method, you will have to cancel your current order before it gets ship out and then place a new order again.

Shipping
▸Once you successfully place your order, APGO will ship it out the next day.
In order to keep the seamless online shopping experience in APGO, we always ensure that all products on the website are all in stocks.
Usually, any APGO products will be received within 1 – 3 working days once it ships out. (Working days do not include holidays and national holidays!)
However, due to the epidemic situation, the delivery time may be extended to 3 – 5 working days.
▸No delivery on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Due to HTC Logistics operating hour are only Monday to Friday. Hence, any orders that come in on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out on the upcoming Monday.
All APGO’s products will be deliver by HCT Logistics, and the shipping fee will be 130 yuan.
Home delivery – you will be entitled of a free shipping when you purchase over 2,500 yuan in APGO!
Cash on delivery – it will be 130 yuan without any limits on your order content, amount and quantity.
Note: For orders over 5,000 yuan, there will not be any cash on delivery service available. Kindly make your payment via online transfer & FPX.
In-store pickup
As for now, we are fully focusing on providing our services and goods through our official website and various e-commerce platforms. Hence, we do not have any physical store yet, we encourage purchase of any APGO products via the website and we will send the products directly to your doorsteps for better customer experience.

Product
The Atomic series products falls under the category of soft coating, emphasizing fast and convenient coating. To get better results, it is recommended to use it several times according to the car condition as the atomic series can be used in stack basis. After using about 4-6 times, you will see an obvious result, or you can increase the frequency of the cleaning steps, this will fasten the effect.
