Delivery Options

All APGO’s goods will be delivered within Malaysia only and the shipping fee is RM 10 (Flat rate)

Home delivery – you will be entitled of a free shipping when you purchase over 2,500 yuan in APGO!

Cash on delivery – it will be 130 yuan without any limits on your order content, amount and quantity.

Note: For orders over 5,000 yuan, there will not be any cash on delivery service available. Kindly make your payment via credit card or online banking.

Orders

▸Once you successfully place your order, APGO will ship it out the next day.

In order to keep the seamless online shopping experience in APGO, we always ensure that all products on the website are constantly in stocks.
Usually, any APGO products will be received within 1 – 3 working days once it ships out. (Working days do not include holidays and national holidays!)
However, due to the epidemic situation, the delivery time may be extended to 3 – 5 working days.

▸No delivery on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Due to HTC Logistics operating hour are only Monday to Friday. Hence, any orders that come in on Saturday will be ship out on the upcoming Monday. Upon the shipment, you will be receiving APGO goods within 1 – 3 working days.  

All APGO’s products will be deliver by HCT Logistics, and the shipping fee will be 130 yuan.

Private message notification
Kindly go to APGO Facebook page to send a private enquiry message to the customer service staff.
Provide purchase information
Kindly provide your complete order number or the name of the order and the pick-up address (kindly enter the order number/order name, do not upload any screenshots or pictures)
Customer Service Reply
Once you have notified the customer service and upon fulfilling the return term and conditions. We will collect back the products.
Refund time
The refund period of your products will be directly debit back into the designated account within the next 7 working days upon the receiving the returned products.
Refund Amount
APGO will refund the full amount of the products you’ve purchased (excluding the shipping fee of 130 yuan).

 

APGO does not accept any returns under the following circumstances:

1.”Electronic 3C products” cannot be returned or exchanged if the original accessories and warranty card are in short supply.

2.If the “APGO Foam Watering Can” is damaged due to improper personal use, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

APGO provide the benefit of a seven-day hesitation period (not a trial period) to its customers.

Kindly check your parcel immediately upon receiving the package. You will get to enjoy a 7-day hesitation period from the day you received the parcel. However, APGO will not accept the return of products once it has exceeded 7 days (including holidays).

Remarks: Customer’s parcel receive date will based on HCT Logistics’ system to calculate the 7 days hesitation period.
